My friend Jackie, who owns a little vegetarian restaurant made me try her ''Buddha bowl''. It was love at first sight. A mix of granolas, rice, fruits and molasses.
So I first tried to make another one back home...and it was love again. It is very easy to do and I always have a nice energy after. I go running with a happy tummy.
You can use whatever fruit or granolas you own.
1/2 cup of cooked brown rice
Fruits (If you want my opinion,bananas have to be in there)
1/2 cup of your favorite granolas
3 tablespoons of shredded coconut
A drizzle of molasses on top (this is very important, do not omit)
1/3 cup of almond milk
Place a little bit of fruits at the bottom of your bowl. Add the rice, granolas and rest of the fruit. Add the shredded coconut and drizzle with molasses.
It really is that easy, I hope you like it as much as I do...!
